About the Awards
What the P@SHA ICT Awards Are
The P@SHA ICT Awards are Pakistan's national awards for technology products and services, organised by the Pakistan Software Houses Association (P@SHA). They are the country's main route to the regional APICTA Awards.
The 2026 edition ran judging rounds in Karachi, Islamabad and Lahore. Entries were scored by industry evaluators on innovation, market fit, technical quality and commercial potential before finalists presented to the jury.
StoreSignal entered as an AI product, progressed through the evaluator round, and took Gold in Business Services / Marketing Services, the category built for tools that help companies grow and sell.

The Product Behind the Win
Why an AI Market Intelligence Platform Won
StoreSignal is an AI-powered market intelligence platform that tells mobile game studios what is about to work, and why. It is a decision engine, not a chart tool.
Built From a Real Problem
A Publisher's Tool First
StoreSignal started as an internal tool. Founder Ayaz Malik, CEO of the award-winning studio Tiny Kraken Games, needed a faster way to see which games were rising on Google Play and why. Existing tools showed where games had been. He wanted to see where they were going.
That became Breakout Detection, which flags games gaining traction before they reach the top charts, and Momentum Signals, which measure install acceleration using 3-day and 7-day averages and growth multipliers.
On top of the data sits a layer of AI agents, including the AI Ideation Engine for data-backed game concepts, an ASO Auditor and Writer, and a Daily Briefing that summarises what moved overnight.
Traditional Tool vs. StoreSignal
Traditional tool
"Here is this week's top 100. Downloads are up for the leaders. Draw your own conclusions."
StoreSignal
"This puzzle game at #74 tripled its 7-day install average. Here is what it's doing differently, and three concepts your team could build on it."
Coverage
Beyond One Storefront
StoreSignal began on Google Play and now covers the Apple App Store, Roblox, the Amazon Appstore and Steam. Revenue estimates, install data and audience demographics sit alongside the momentum signals, so studios can read a market from one place.
What the Judges Saw
- โ A live, paid SaaS product, not a prototype
- โ AI agents built on real store data
- โ Studios using it across multiple markets
- โ A global product built in Pakistan
- โ Pricing that starts free for indie teams
For Our Users
What the Award Means for Studios Using StoreSignal
An award is a checkpoint, not a finish line. Here is what it changes for the studios, publishers and growth teams who rely on StoreSignal every day.
Who Benefits
-
โ
Indie studios get independent validation that the tool they chose is held to a national standard, not just a side project.
-
โ
Publishers and portfolio teams can bring StoreSignal into procurement conversations with a recognised award behind it.
-
โ
UA and growth teams can expect continued investment in the signals they use most: breakouts, momentum and competitor tracking.
-
โ
Pakistan's game industry gets another proof point that world-class products for global markets are being built here.
Nothing about the product changes because of a trophy. The roadmap stays focused on the same question: what is about to work, and what should your team do about it? If you are new to the approach, our guide to how breakout detection works and our walkthrough on tracking competitor app downloads are good places to start.
We also want to thank everyone who made this possible: the studios who tested early versions and told us what was broken, and the P@SHA evaluators and jury.
The Road Ahead
What's Next: APICTA and Beyond
The Gold win opens the door to APICTA, the Asia Pacific ICT Alliance Awards, where national winners from across the region compete.
Regional Stage
Representing Pakistan at APICTA
P@SHA ICT Award winners can represent Pakistan at APICTA. For StoreSignal, that means putting a mobile game intelligence product built in Lahore in front of technology leaders across the Asia Pacific.
We will share updates on the APICTA journey here and on LinkedIn.
On the Product Roadmap
- โ Sable, a CMO agent that runs a studio's marketing end to end
- โ Publisher and portfolio-level intelligence
- โ Deeper cross-store coverage
- โ More AI agents for ASO and user acquisition
