Refund Policy

StoreSignal subscriptions and other eligible purchases may be processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Where Paddle processes your transaction, refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle’s applicable consumer terms and policies.
1. Purchases Processed by Paddle
If your purchase is processed by Paddle, Paddle is the Merchant of Record for the transaction. This means your purchase is made from Paddle, and any refund rights relating to that transaction are governed by Paddle’s applicable terms and policies.

2. Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility for transactions processed by Paddle is determined according to Paddle’s applicable rules, consumer terms, and any mandatory rights available under applicable law.
Where required, refund requests, delivery issues, billing issues, or payment disputes relating to Paddle-processed transactions may be reviewed and handled by Paddle.
3. Subscription Cancellations
Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewals. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for amounts already paid, unless a refund is available under Paddle’s applicable terms or under applicable law.
4. Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged more than once, or experienced a payment-related issue, please contact us promptly at support@storesignal.io. We may assist in reviewing the issue and, where relevant, coordinate with Paddle.
5. How to Request Help
For refund-related questions, please email support@storesignal.io and include:
- Your account email address
- Your invoice number or payment reference, if available
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your request and, where Paddle is the Merchant of Record, direct or assist you through the appropriate Paddle refund or support process.
6. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with the revised “Last updated” date.
